Treatment Images (Before and After Photographs)
As part of providing aesthetic services, we or our affiliated licensed professionals may take photographs or videos of treatment areas before, during, and/or after services.
Use for treatment purposes: Treatment Images are used for documenting treatment progress, maintaining accurate medical/aesthetic records, consultation purposes with treating professionals, and quality assurance and training of staff. These uses do not require separate consent beyond your agreement to receive services.
Use for marketing purposes: Treatment Images will NOT be used for marketing, advertising, social media, website content, or any other promotional purpose without your separate, express written consent. If you choose to provide such consent, you may revoke it at any time by contacting us in writing.
Storage and security: All Treatment Images are stored securely and treated as confidential health information. Treatment Images will be retained in accordance with our data retention policies.
Your rights: You may request copies of your Treatment Images or request deletion (subject to our legal retention obligations) by contacting us. You may decline to have Treatment Images taken; however, this may limit our ability to document your treatment progress.
SMS and Text Message Communications
By providing your mobile phone number and using our Booking Service, you expressly consent to receive text messages (SMS) from TrueHaven Aesthetics & Wellness for appointment confirmations, reminders, and scheduling changes; responses to your inquiries; service-related notifications; and promotional messages and special offers (if you have opted in to receive marketing communications).
Message frequency varies based on your appointment activity and communication preferences. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. TrueHaven Aesthetics & Wellness is not responsible for any charges assessed by your mobile carrier.
Opt-out: You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying "STOP" to any message or by contacting us at lauren@yourtruehaven.com. Opting out of text messages will not affect your ability to receive important service-related communications through other channels. For help, reply "HELP" to any message or contact us directly.
Data Retention
